Cybersecurity Specialist

This role conducts vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, develops and implements tailored security solutions, and provides technical expertise during pre-and post-sales activities. It involves enhancing security monitoring and incident response capabilities, training employees on cybersecurity best practices, and collaborating with the team to improve overall security posture. A successful candidate possesses proven experience in VAPT and pre-sales support, strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity standards, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any IT related courses.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity, specifically in VAPT and pre-sales support.
• Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and identify potential security threats.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for addressing vulnerabilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Metasploit, Nessus, Burp Suite, or forensic software is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, CompTIA Security+, or CEH are preferred.

• Conduct regular Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Tests to identify and address security weaknesses.
• Develop and implement customized cybersecurity solutions to meet specific client needs, improving our service offerings.
• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales activities to support business development, client acquisition, and ongoing client satisfaction.
• Support in enhancing security monitoring and incident response capabilities to ensure quick and effective handling of security incidents.
• Assist in employee training to prevent common cyber threats and maintain high-security standards across the organization.
• Perform VAPT activities to uncover and mitigate security risks.
• Develop tailored cybersecurity solutions for unique client needs.
• Assist in pre-sales by showcasing the technical advantages of our cybersecurity products.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and address any cybersecurity concerns.
• Support the team in monitoring network traffic for potential security threats and breaches.
• Support in responding to security incidents and performing post-incident analysis.
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to enhance protective measures.
• Lead training sessions for employees on cybersecurity best practices.
• Maintain and update documentation on security protocols, procedures, and standards.
